• Nikita Singhania was arrested again in the Gurugram region on December 14; her mother and brother, Anurag, were taken into custody from Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh.
• The 34-year-old possessed a 24-page memo and a DVD that had detailed accounts of his estranged wife, her family, and an Uttar Pradesh-based judge allegedly harassing him and extorting him.
